The tour Sacred Valley of the Incas and Machu Picchu offers travelers an unforgettable experience in one of Peru’s most impressive destinations. Starting in Cusco, visitors venture through the Sacred Valley, exploring traditional towns, colorful markets and archaeological sites fascinating places like Ollantaytambo and Pisac. Luego, the tour reaches its culminating point with a visit to Machu Picchu, the mysterious Inca city enclaved in the heights of the Andes. Visitors have the opportunity to explore the ruins, marvel at the impressive architecture and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountain peaks. This tour combines history, culture and impressive landscapes, offering a complete and enriching experience of the ancient Inca world.
This day we will do the tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a tour that will start at 08:00 in the morning, when we will pick you up at your hotel, the first place to visit is Pisaq with its typical craft market , you will also visit the archaeological group of Pisaq with its picturesque cultivated terraces on the mountain. Then we will go to Urubamba where we have included a buffet lunch. Continuing with the tour we will go to the Ollantaytambo Fortress, also known as the living Inca city. Finally we will go to the Ollantaytambo train station, to board the train that leaves at 4:36 p.m. to Aguas Calientes, where we will arrive at an average of 6:09 p.m. We will spend the night at the selected hotel in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu). After getting up very early and having breakfast, we will go up to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu and we will be able to appreciate the spectacular sunrise of this wonder, then an excursion will be made with our guide through the citadel of Machu Picchu, for a space of 2 hours, on the tour You will visit the most important venues of this city such as: the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, The Royal Rooms, the Temple of the Three Windows and The Cemeteries. Concluded in a tour of the citadel of Machu Picchu, optionally you can do the trekking to the summit of Huaynapicchu or Mountain Sector, this will take a few hours (This visit is without a guide). Then we will go down by bus to Aguas Calientes and in the afternoon we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our staff will be waiting for you, to transport you by bus to the city of Cusco and take you to your hotel.
